Good Tour.
It was quite difficult to spot this place at first, as it’s tucked away in the corner of a busy street. We accidentally stumbled upon this cozy travel agency, where we met Ms. Nhug. She was incredibly welcoming and kind.
Ms. Nhug helped us plan our entire itinerary in Hanoi. We booked tours through her to Ha Long Bay, Sapa, and several other tourist destinations around the city. All the packages she offered were excellent, and her prices were the lowest compared to multiple other travel agents we checked with—hers were by far the best value.
She’s like an encyclopedia of the city! She recommended the best places to eat, each specific to different types of food, and also pointed us to the top spots for shopping.

Best tour to Sapa! We booked last min tour, our flight to Hanoi got delayed but miss Nhung went above and beyond to get me on the tour, the bus did wait for me 30 min at the airport due to delay flight. If it’s not because of their flexibility I wouldn’t make it to the tour. Pricing is super cheap compared to high season and last min booking! I strongly recommend Kim Travel! Look for miss Nhung! Im glad I booked with Kim Travel!
